I tried walking into her to push her and that also didn't trigger her to move. I tried walking through the door to see if she would follow and that also did not work. I had tried the resetAI console command and of course that didn't work. The next step is to follow Valerica but after speaking with her, she does not move. This bug happens after you return from killing the keepers and go back to Valerica. So I have read, in more than one place, that a lot of people are getting this bug.
